This week we would like to introduce our amazing housekeeping team, or ‘The A Team’ as they are affectionally known. They are made up of Lynn, Crystal, Chris, Linda, Angie and Kath, all headed up by our head housekeeper Brenda. Their tireless work behind the scenes encourages lots of lovely comments from our guests. Although the housekeeping team work behind the scenes, they are also very customer focused and always have a friendly greeting to anyone they meet.
From public areas, function rooms and hotel bedrooms, our amazing housekeeping team are so good at what they do! They all take pride in making Walworth Castle the cleanest it possibly can be.
During this time of uncertainty, our housekeeping team face one of the hardest jobs in the hotel. By ensuring each area is sanitised to an extremely high standard, which in turn gives our guests the confidence that when they are able to return to us, all the key touch points in the hotel are safe and sanitised.
Our housekeeping team are not only work colleagues, they are friends out of work too. They enjoy socialising and having fun together. This bond makes them a great asset to our hotel and we appreciate everything they do. We can’t wait to have them all back, doing what they do best!
